CONVERSAZIONE
Purpose of the Event
The Research Conversazione is an opportunity for students to meet industry people who might be interested in their work and an opportunity for students to win a prize for excellence in project work. Several students have found employment through contacts made at the Conversaziones, Engineering has been running this event for 16 years. Around 200 industry guests attended the 2007 Research Conversazione.Prizes
There will be a first, second and third prize awarded in each of the Research Disciplines - Architecture & Allied Arts; Architectural & Design Science; Design Computing and Cognition; & Urban & Regional Planning and Policy. First prize is a $150 Coop book voucher, second and third prize is a certificate. All students will get to keep their A1 laminated poster, to the value of $80.Purpose of the Prizes
The purpose of the postgraduate research project work prizes is:- To recognise excellence in postgraduate research project work;
- To encourage postgraduate students to present their research project work in an exhibition display format in a professional manner;
- To assist industry to learn about the postgraduate research project work being done at the Faculty of Architecture, Design & Planning.
