This exhibition of sculpture and digital images explores aspects of iconic Australian masculinity and Culver's search for self identity, interpreted through the use of materials and objects such as flyscreen wire, vegemite, blundstones and barbecues.

Artists' Statement This exhibition engages with the forces of consumerism that create a dynamic and often overwhelming image-based environment for living. It developed from the experience of living in Tokyo and is concerned with how individuals negotiate and express their world through body modification and presentation practices.
